Sebast Fock is a governance architect, strategic communicator, and practical philosopher whose work centers on clarity, principled action, and the design of systems that hold under pressure. He is the author of The Art of Clarity (in progress), 7 Principles of Engagement, and 7 Sovereign Principles — a unified canon that forms the intellectual foundation of Strategic Ethos.His writing blends lived experience with philosophical rigor, drawing from failures, misjudgments, and real-world decision-making to build tools that help people see clearly, engage wisely, and act with integrity. His frameworks — including the Four Questions, Observer Stance, Intent Audit, and Sovereign Principles — are used by founders, leaders, and practitioners navigating complexity, conflict, and identity.Sebast’s professional background spans communications, governance design, and strategic architecture. He has co-authored the Sovereign Agent Architecture white paper, developed constitutional decision-making systems, and shaped organisational clarity practices across emerging AI and strategy ecosystems.He is currently expanding his academic work through the SUSS BSc in Business Analytics and preparing a PhD by publication, formalising Strategic Ethos as a publishable philosophical system.His mission is simple:To build principled systems that help people see clearly in a world of dust and mirrors.
